**Who are we looking for?**
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment.
- Confidence to pick up the phone and make calls.

**Must-haves**:

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Interest in growing and developing professionally.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Nice to have**:

- Healthcare experience (either personally or as a recruiter).

**Not doing?**
- Business development. We know its not for everyone. If you don’t want to do BD, but can fill roles and maybe in the future manage clients, that’s cool - We’ve got space for you. Want the option to progress onto BD in the future? No worries, we’ve got the training and support for that too.
- Being micro-managed. We trust the people we hire. We support the people on our teams. We don’t crush them with nit-picking micro management.
