Seasonal Bartender

Summer has arrived and we are looking for experienced, confident **bartenders** to join our friendly team over the coming months.

You will hit the ground running, so experience of bar work is essential.

Full availability across the weekend is required. You will need to be happy with late finishes and come armed with energy and enthusiasm

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Bar service: Making creative cocktails, pouring pints, understanding our wine list in depth, spirits, soft drinks and mocktails
- Being hands-on during service and shifts, always collaborating with your team and the needs of the restaurant.
- Consistently following opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean, organised and efficient bar.
- Upholding Brink’s high standards, including low wait times and product quality control

**Shift patterns**:

- Part-time: shifts will be across Thursday - Sundays - 11am - midnight
- 16- 28 hrs per week

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
