**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with PPM and Repairs clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence
- Oversee stock management, works scheduling, and fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of accountability and open communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success in a dynamic industry landscape

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using job management software, preferably SimPRO.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage projects effectively, and drive continuous improvement.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
