Claims Technician

Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a leading speciality risk Insurer who are looking for a Claims Technician to join the team to help assist with managing external clients the claims process and to provide a clear and efficient claims/policyexperience.

Key responsibilities:

- Collate information from incoming communications and raise entries to internal systems in line with data standards.
- Review information regarding the coverage and value assessments of claims against contract agreements and policy details to support fair claim settlements.
- Working well as part of a team to be able to manage complex claims.
- Provide details from objective established data points and providing accurate file assessments to key stakeholders.
