We are a small family run practice located in Newtownabbey, specialising in personal injury, property, commercial, and civil litigation cases. We are known for our excellent customer service and specialist knowledge and skills, gained through years of training and experience. Our office is located at 858/868 Shore Road, Greencastle BT36 7DQ.

We operate a very flexible working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with our team however we ideally are looking for someone who would be available afternoons.

**Your role in the team**

We have an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join our team. You will operate as part of a team of 5 where you will have the opportunity to collaborate and cross train with other members of the team and help us build and grow our customer base in Northern Ireland.

**Responsibilities (will include but not limited to)**

Assist solicitor in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation

Schedule Independent Medical Exams and provide examining physician with necessary records

Draft responses to discovery demands

Secretarial and administrative duties

Audio Typing / transcribing

LAMS

Meeting and greeting clients

Diary management

**So, what are the essential criteria to apply?**

Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a legal secretary or similar legal support role with litigation experience

Meticulous with good attention to detail

Exceptional organisational skills

Minimum level of qualification GCSE’s Maths and English Grades A - C or equivalent
