An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Service Support Specialist to join the ICT department at Wirral Community Health & Care Foundation Trust.

We are looking for someone with a passion for all things Digital, together with drive enthusiasm and the requisite skills and experience to support our service users.

You will be part of a team assisting in the provision, maintenance, and development of a comprehensive Digital service, so great communication and working well as part of a team is essential to this role.

As the Trust embraces a people first approach to enhance population health, this is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in supporting and shaping the digital future. We are committed to building a team who will, at every level, be driven to provide the very best services.

You will need to be a highly motivated and experienced individual who has had a significant degree of demonstrable exposure to desktop and server environments, including but not limited to Active Directory, Windows 10 /11 and Office 365.

To be responsible for hardware build images & deployment methods across all areas of the Trust on all end user devices.

Your role will involve working closely with the Senior Technical Support Specialists and the Cyber Security Lead to ensure deployment of security and software updates, maintain configuration baselines and prevent configuration drift, and work with and assist all other teams in the business to achieve all of those aims.

To be part of a team providing Out of Hours On-call services to the Trust across the full range of IT services.
