Panel Wireman/woman

We’re hiring for a **Panel Wireman** to join a leading machinery manufacturer based in **Denton, Tameside.** You’ll be joining a skilled and experienced team of professionals as you test and inspect various electrical appliances.

**What’s on offer?**
- £28,000 - £34,000 per year
- Monday - Thursday 7:15am - 4:00pM/Friday 7:15am - 12:15pm
- 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

**What will you be doing as a Panel Wireman?**
- Engaging directly in the hands-on construction of electrical appliances
- Working collaboratively within a specialised team of electricians and guided by detailed wiring diagrams
- Overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of operating procedures, coupled with diligent record-keeping of all electrical tests to ensure 100% product quality
- Producing high-quality work that aligns with company standards and adheres to design specifications
- Interpreting complex drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams to identify suitable materials and plan an efficient sequence of operations for building advanced electrical sub-assemblies

**What do you need?**
- Control panel wiring experience
- To be able to read electrical schematics
- An understanding of wiring regulations (desirable)
- Quality control and testing inspection experience (desirable)
- Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
