Are you an experienced and dedicated individual eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join a college catering for young people with mild learning disabilities. Helping to support the learners with important life skills the outside world

**Complete Classroom Services** is a dynamic and inclusive educational service committed to providing high-quality support and education to students with SEN. **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Delivering tailored instruction and support to students with diverse SEN requirements, including young children and adults.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions.
- Utilising evidence-based practices and innovative teaching methodologies to engage students and promote their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Providing ongoing assessment, feedback, and progress monitoring to inform instructional decisions and support student growth.
- Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Strong understanding of SEN principles, practices, and interventions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of students and educational environments.
