**Grade/SCP**: SRS Band 3 SCP 6-9

**Full Time Equivalent Salary**: £21,968.00 to £23,194.00 per annum

**Actual Pro Rata Salary**: £20,797.78 to £21,958.47 per annum

**Hours**: 37 hours per week, 43 weeks per year (Part Time hours or Job Share available)

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our busy, hardworking team.

Situated in the beautiful Darley Abbey area on the outskirts of Derby, Saint Benedict is the city’s only Catholic Secondary school. We serve a wonderfully diverse community of students who come from over forty countries around the world and who come from all parts of Derby and beyond.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide stability and continuity for students whose lessons are affected through short term teaching staff absence
- Support the pastoral, administrative and academic systems at the school
- Implement agreed work programmes to groups within the classroom, enabling children to access learning activities and structured programme

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of working with young people
- Proven experience of dealing effectively with change
- Qualified to GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C or above
