**Teaching Assistant - Must have level 3 qualification**

Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit a **1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant** to work within one of our partnership primary academies based in Holme on Spalding Moor. The **Role** is expected to commence in the Summer Term and will run until the end of the academic year. It is a full time role but the school would consider a job share.

We are specifically looking for Teaching Assistants with knowledge and experience of the KS1/KS2 curriculum and SATs. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work under the instruction and guidance of the Class Teacher to work on a one to one basis with a pupil with additional needs.

**Within the role you will be required to**:

- Support and enthuse the young learner
- Offer a child centred approach
- Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning
- Deliver phonics sessions
- Work 1:1 to support reading and writing

**Skills and attributes**:

- Experience supporting children at KS1/KS2
- SEND experience desired but not essential
- Cache/NVQ Level 3 in Learning Support
- KS2 SATs experience is advantageous
- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
- An observant and responsive approach
- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
