We are currently looking to build our Aftersales team at our Kia store in Stirling, situated centrally in Stirling's Kerse Road.

**Bit of History**

This award is based on a number of matrix including unit sales, customer satisfaction, parts performance, workshop performance and employee satisfaction etc.

**What does the job entail**
- To greet customers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner, in person, digital and by phone
- Assess the customers’ requirements and deliver exceptional customer service to meet their needs
- To learn, maintain and distribute knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair and adhere to Kia Warranty policies
- To advise on service and repair requirements and sell additional products/services as part of vehicle health check process
- Monitor & coordinate vehicle progress within the workshop to make sure time schedules are kept as promised to customers and update customers frequently
- Load workshop availability accordingly to optimum levels
- Prepare invoices and present customers with paperwork and obtain payment
- To record and communicate work instructions to service manager and technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records in database
- Assistance with other daily tasks
- Supply estimates for servicing and repairs
- Timely, organised and well communicated coordination of all tasks

**What we will help with and what we are looking for**
- Previous experience of diary management and excellent customer service. If you have experience of working in a working car dealership it will be beneficial but it is not a requirement as you will be provided full support and training.
- Confident & Professional communication skills
- Results orientated and self motivated to achieve targets, with the ability to work to deadlines
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet company and manufacturer objectives
- Ability to upsell and competently handle objections
- Full UK drivers licence (preferred but not essential)
