Energy Broker

Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) are a long-established Energy Brokers & Consultants based in Beckenham / Bromley, South London.

We are a people-based business who believe in a tangible delivery with client focus at all times.

We are searching for someone who is motivated with a passion to succeed to join our team of Energy Brokers & Consultants in delivering core services such as Gas, Electricity, Water and Solar procurement. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will source new business and build a client portfolio whilst providing a high level of service throughout the contract life cycle. We will support you in developing your industry knowledge to increase your earning potential.

The Role
- Preparing tender proposals, presenting quotes, and securing contracts
- Providing market intelligence to a portfolio of customers
- Maintain regular contact with an existing client base, build relationships and develop new accounts
- Communicate client needs and demands to energy analysts and admin operations.

Our ideal Energy Broker / Consultant should have the below skills:

- Energy industry preferential or B2B sales experience is essential
- Telephone based sales experience
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Professional, assertive, and driven
- Good written and organisational skills
- Target/commission driven
- Organised with attention to detail
- Team player
- Tenacious attitude - Sales can be a tough job, so we are looking for someone who doesn’t give up easily

Remuneration package consisting of basic salary, commission, and bonus to give realistic OTE of £40K in the first year, £50K + in the second year and £80+ thereafter. Career progression opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
