We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Despatch Shift Operative on Nights (Logistics) **to join our team based just West of **Hull**. You will join us on **full-time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
- **£11.42 per hour.**:

- **Overtime paid at £14.28 after 42.5 hours.**:

- **Unsociable hours pay from midnight til 06:00am at 15% of hourly rate.**

**Working hours**:4 on 4 off, 18:00pm - 06:00am with occasional additional shifts as required to facilitate the needs of the business.

As our **Despatch Shift Operative**, will carry out general warehouse and logistics duties as directed by the Despatch shift Supervisor or Manager for the Despatch Department.

You will need a have a strong personality and good communications skills as you will liaise with Warehouse Operatives, Logistics Supervisors/Manager, Production Managers and Planning team. The role is varied and focuses on loading and distribution.

**What you’ll be doing as our Despatch Shift Operative**:

- Liaising on the arrival and departure of incoming and outgoing products ensuring the product is stored in the designated area
- Picking orders for multiple customers using our in house WMS 'Vision'
- Loading trailers with 'picked' stock for multiple customers using WMS 'Vision'
- Picking FIFO using a date code (stock rotation)
- Reporting deviations in stock levels to supervisor
- Maintaining a good level of housekeeping for duration of the shift
- All training will be given

**What we’re looking for in our Despatch Shift Operative**:

- Must have a full driving license
- English: communicative
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, methodical and good attention to detail
- Computer level; basic
