Aster Daisy Nursery is situated between Liss and Liphook, overlooking the picturesque South Downs.

The nursery offers places to children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a vibrant learning environment with a large outdoor space, bespoke soft playhouse, and forest school chalet. Each age group has dedicated rooms and communal spaces, including a library, children's kitchen, enrichment room, and atelier space.

We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Leader to join our team and support a key age group. This pivotal role contributes to enhancing the quality of early years provision within Daisy Nursery. Collaborating with the Suite Leader, you will drive positive change in teaching practices, lead across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and mentor practitioners. Your creativity, commitment, and enthusiasm for early years education will be instrumental in delivering a diverse curriculum. As a room-based leader, you will inspire colleagues to create innovative yet serene environments, guiding them to provide the best individualized journeys for each child.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as an agent of change to improve teaching practices within your suite.
- Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Mentor and support practitioners, modeling skills that promote positive outcomes for children.
- Stay informed about current trends, policies, research, and training to facilitate reflective practice and manage change within your suite.
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to uphold the nursery's child-led ethos and 'Daisy' approach.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Hold a Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or compatible).
- Genuine enjoyment of working with children and a creative flair for activity planning.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Ability to extend learning while mentoring junior colleagues.
