Semi-Skilled Operatives, Cambuslang, £11.20 per hour + Overtime + monetary incentive for reaching targets

This is a long term position working Monday to Friday 6AM-2PM - transferring to permanent role after probationary period worked

**What to expect**:

- Manufacturing offline units
- Working to specific, fabricated drawings and detailed work instructions
- Ensuring work carried out to specific guidelines, measurements and tolerances
- Insertion of insulation as per specification
- Sheeting of units to required standard
- Operation of overhead crane
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Quality control
- Manual handling
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety rules and regulations
- Ensuring work areas kept clear, tidy and hazard free

**What to expect in return**
- Constant Monday to Friday day shift role
- A pay rate of £11.20 per hour plus overtime paid at enhanced rates
- Comprehensive training and further investment in your development - opportunity to increase earning levels by training to different grades
- Onsite canteen area

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a semi skilled production or manufacturing role or transferable skills from a different working environment
- A solid work history
- Attention to detail and a desire to deliver high quality work
- Ability to work from drawings / diagrams and follow work instruction
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- A desire to settle in long term or permanent employment

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.20 per hour
