PCV Mechanic

Guaranteed 40 hours per week, plus overtime.

£14.11 Per Hour

My client is currently looking for a PCV Mechanic to join their team. You will be maintaining and repairing modern and varied fleet vehicles to ensure our customers enjoy safe travel whilst using our services.

**Duties**:

- MOT prep
- Fault find and repair vehicles
- Liaising with the parts department to attain correct parts
- Use diagnostic equipment
- Roadside repairs
- Servicing
- Maintain and complete vehicle and Company documentation
- Ensuring health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to

Skills/Knowledge
- Have an engineering background with bus, HGV/LGV, truck, haulage, automotive plant, rail and farm
- You need to want to deliver high standards of engineering maintenance and repair
- Trained in hybrid and electric vehicles
- PCV licence is an advantage
