Cleaner - N12

_**The Position**_

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to work in a Prestigious Residential Block of Apartments in Enfield. The Position is for cleaning the Communal areas of blocks of flats and is **not **for private cleaning of flats or houses.

The role is part time and will be 24 hours a week Monday to Friday.

It can be either 3 days of 8 hours
- Monday -Wednesday-Friday or spread over Monday-Friday.

J0 Commercial Services is a small, family run successful cleaning firm based in the Essex and London area and the main aim would be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, tidying litter bins and litter picking.

- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Previous experience is essential
- It is essential to:

- Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times including the use of all PPE
- Deal with any requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
