Motorcycle Dismantler

**Role Overview:
As a Technical Lead within the ATF team, your primary responsibility is to work effectively, leading the assessment and dismantling processes for salvage motorcycles, including ELVs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting the ATF team to meet production targets by selecting parts suitable for resale and new stock.

**Role Requirements**:

- Efficiently depollute and dismantle salvage motorcycles received by the ATF department.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety and permit guidelines outlined by the business and Environment Agency.
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the dismantling area.
- Accurately identify parts, including part number, fitment, year range, etc.
- Upload information accurately into our listing and stock management tool.
- Dispose of waste items, fluids, and materials in compliance with guidelines.
- Ensure products are processed through the department with all necessary information, including part number, description, and images.
- Create and run production/output reports daily, providing valuable insights to management.
