In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Tech & Product teams, driving their success through thoughtful and impactful people-focused initiatives.

As the Junior People Partner for Tech & Product, you'll be at the heart of enhancing the employee experience. You'll collaborate closely with leaders, guiding them on their journey and shaping the future of our teams.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing HR support to the Tech and Product departments, working closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Engineering Leadership teams.
- Managing various employee relations matters, offering guidance to managers on performance management and other HR issues.
- Acting as the voice of the Tech and Product team to support the development of the wider People Strategy and contributing to the People Product Roadmap.
- Coaching managers on people issues, from career development to handling difficult conversations.
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including performance and pay reviews for our Tech & Product teams.
- Collaborating with our People Advisor to manage ops tasks within the Tech and Product teams.
- Working with the Senior People Partner to help build the People Partnering strategy, inline with business goals.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Tech and Product teams.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You might have some experience supporting Tech or Product people from a People/HR perspective.
- You'll be a clear communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders.
- You're curious and eager to drive positive change.
- You're solution-oriented and impact-driven.
- You'll have knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices/processes.
