We have a permanent part time position working for a successful legal firm based at their York City Centre office. The Client Servce Assistant position is a key role in providing an effective and efficient telephone and reception service to all callers toand members of the Company.

You don’t need to have a legal background and would suit someone with previous receptionist skills.

**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...**

Part time - Afternoons (2pm
- 5.30pm)

17.5 hours per week

Permanent

Salary of £8,440

**SOME OF THE DUTIES YOU WILL COVER**
- You will be required to answer calls and meet and greet visitors whilst taking messages and distributing calls effectively
- Booking rooms, dealing with deliveries, ordering stationary and booking train tickets

**THE IDEAL PERSON..**
- Lots of great customer service experience and if you have reception experience then this is a bonus
- Good IT and exceptional communication skills
- Great all-round office based experience would also help
