**What you will do**
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile team member to join HOLM* Studio as our new Studio Coordinator.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the studio and play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall efficiency of HOLM*’s front house operations. Your responsibilities will include: handling diverse administrative tasks, greeting customers at the front desk, managing the stock and assisting with HR and finance functions. Additionally, you will manage our online presence through overseeing our social media and supervising our online shop.
From overseeing general maintenance, to managing in-house and online operations, you will be at the center of the business' day-to-day organisation.

**Your responsibilities**
- Responsible for front of house operations and client experience
- Manage the online shop
- Maintain the company’s stock and equipment needs
- Deal with correspondence, queries and complaints
- Assisting the company’s HR and finance functions
- Oversee social media
- Update the website
- Moderate social media community

**Key Skills & Experiences we require**
- Experience in admin/PA/office management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work appropriately, and work independently.
- Some experience in social media management.
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people.
- Excellent written, verbal and client-facing presentation skills.
- Experience using MS Office and/or GSuite
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great attention to detail

**What would be a plus, but not essential**
- Experience using Photoshop
- Some video editing and/or shooting experience
- Some experience with Marketing Automation (Mailchimp or other)

**Job Type -** Full time, permanent contract
**Schedule -** Tuesday to Friday 8am/5pm + Saturday 8am/12pm
**Salary -** £21k/23k per year, depending on experience
