Hgv- Nightshift Foreman

**_Recra are working in partnership_** with a market managing fleet company. Our client is looking for a talented and motivated **_Nightshift_** **_Foreman_** to join their dynamic team. As a Nightshift Foreman, you will play a key role in our client’s success by being responsible for organising and conducting a working shift, maintaining commercial vehicles and trailers to MOT standard. & supporting the management team. This position is accountable to Branch Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize team workloads and communicate with Shift.
- Communication with other Foremen, Workshop Controller/ Service Dept and Depot manager
- Health and Safety of shift members
- To ensure all paperwork and general
- Workshop duties are completed
- All work is carried out in the time
- Scale acceptable to the customer Control of Idle time and productivity

**Your experience/skills**:

- Good leadership qualities
- High level of technical knowledge and ability in mechanical repair.
- Be able to help on technical problems
- Calm approach to organising a busy workshop
- Good experience on the Scania product

**Particular experience/desirable skills**:

- Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining vehicles
- Current driving licence
- IRTEC inspection licence
- Previous Foreman role/ experience
- HGV Class 1 would be an advantage

**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday - 48 hours

18.00pm-06.00am (inclusive of a 30-minute paid break)
