Our client is a womens clothing brand who have experiened significant online growth over the last 5 years. They have lots of exciting plans to grow their product ranges andexpand into international markets.

They have built a loyal community organically over the last few years thanks to their clear mission, incredible products and the fantastic service they offer. They’re now ready to accelerate their growth and engagement by bringing someone on to the teamto oversee their key customer communication touchpoints.

This is an exciting role for someone who is ready to enhance their career by taking responsibility and development of a core marketing channel under the guidance of Head of Performance, as well as enhance their knowledge in wider digital marketing and fashionretail.

Key responsibilities:

- Be the voice of the brand, speaking to customers through copy writing via Campaigns and flows
- Understand Audience segments and engagement to ensure we’re saying the right things, at the right time to the right customers
- Analyse CRM performance and use data to optimise activity to continually grow our data base and improve engagement
- Assess our loyalty and referral programmes and further develop these to increase engagement
- Have a holistic view and understanding of all customer lifecycle comms, identifying opportunities to improve
- Work with Head of Performance Marketing to help manage other digital channels: SEO, Paid Media and Affiliates
- Work with wider Marketing team to help the development of creative campaigns, product launches and sales pushes

Must Haves
- Minimum 2 experience in CRM marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo or similar
- Experience working in a retail ecommerce environment and familiar with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- A good understanding of Digital Marketing channels
- Copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to analyse and understand data, pick out trends and subsequent recommendations with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics

**Salary**

£30,000 to £34,000 dependent upon experience
