**The role**

Our dedicated Investment Management department is currently looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join one of the largest law firm providers of independent financial advice in the UK and will be based in our Nottingham office. The individual needs to be highly motivated with a desire and passion for a career within wealth management.
- Handling client data using our back-office system (Intelliflo office).
- General administration including death claims, data gathering, withdrawals and client valuations.
- Managing Advisor’s diaries and dealing with general client administration and queries.
- Processing administrative changes to client portfolios so a prior knowledge of platforms and WRAP products is ideal, although further training can be provided.
- May involve some project work
