As our Inbound Licensing & Entertainment Content Coordinator that's exactly what you will be doing. Taking a step into the domain of Brand Licensing and Entertainment Content with a genuinely amazing, talented and supportive team

**Core Responsibilities**

Inbound Licensing:
- Manage submissions and approvals with IP partners & brands across the LEGO portfolio- Support partner management- General administrative support across the team

Content Distribution:
- Managing airing schedules across our broadcasters- Managing Invoicing, new client set up and related administration- Liaising with Finance, Technical and Broadcasters to manage file access and rights

**Do you have what it takes?**- Relevant professional experience in content distribution and/or licensing arenas- Capacity to balance a diverse role, with multiple tasks supporting across both Content Distribution and Inbound Licensing- Ability to work independently and learn fast, as well as being an excellent team player- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new systems and platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication- Excellent attention to detail blended with capacity to work at pace
