As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for leading regional strategies, working closely with our internal marketing and creative teams and hitting traffic, revenue and ROI targets for Paid Search. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and help build and grow Paid Search for Gymshark.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Managing the expansion of Paid Search activities across relevant channels to ensure optimal visibility across all product categories, where profitable.
- Managing all Paid Search activity, including planning, budget management, optimisations, and reporting.
- Undertaking daily campaign optimisation and proactively managing budget across all campaigns.
- Phasing of regional and channel budgets, monitoring budgets and making budget recommendations based on opportunities.
- Undertaking weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on core Paid Search metrics against KPIs.
- Adopting a test and learn mentality, ensuring the strategy is constantly evolving and improving Paid Search activity.
- Creating media plans to support paid search campaigns and activity, ensuring we are monitoring performance and results against these.
- Working alongside other Marketing channels to collaborate and align on marketing strategies.
- Working closely with our internal creative team where appropriate on the creative output for the channel to ensure assets are briefed in, delivered, and executed in a timely manner and to the standard required.
- Ensuring audiences are regularly and consistently updated, working with relevant teams to execute effectively.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Previous Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency
- Experience in using Google AdWords Editor and other relevant search management platforms
- Experience optimising all Paid Search activity, including bid management, creative and competitor benchmarking
- Confident in presenting findings to the team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences, written and verbally
- Confident in querying data and problem solving
- Ability to analyse data and report on findings
- Competent with Excel
- A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes
