**Role: Head of Digital Marketing Technologies**

**Location: London or Birmingham (hybrid)**

**About the role**:

- Working in partnership with universities, colleges and education specialists in the UK, we recruit, market and deliver a range of programmes from foundation level, to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. All designed to support our students’ future career aspirations.- This is a crucial role within our marketing function and you’ll take a lead in planning and managing a team of marketing specialists and our digital initiatives in order to achieve our strategic goals.**Key Responsibilities**:
Management of all digital platforms to ensure they meet all required compliance and data security standards whilst delivering an exceptional UX and implementing CRO strategies- Manage a team of digital specialists with responsibilities for websites and marketing platforms to ensure we have our finger on the pulse, delivering to agreed KPIs- Budget management, with regular performance reporting in to the Director of Marketing & Communications- Key management for a series of high value third party suppliers to ensure KPIs and SLA are met internally and externally**About you**:

- Experience in leading a digital marketing team with a successful track record in CRO and UX improvements including managing other managers
- Experience of managing high value projects that are of strategic value to a business’s medium term objectives
- Google Analytics knowledge for reporting including attribution, conversion tracking and segmentation
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and able to evaluate data from multiple sources, to analyse and interpret digital marketing problems, providing sound, actionable recommendations that are contextually appropriate
