The Mitre, Shaftesbury is a beautiful country pub set on the high street near the wonderful Gold Hill. It is a 'Best of British' pub serving the very best seasonal fresh produce as well as some fantastic ales & fine wines, all served with a fabulous view of The Blackmore Vale.

With 2024 set to be epic with a summer full of sunshine, sport and drinks looking over the Blackmore vale, we're looking for a Supervisor to support our management team to help drive the team forward and take the Mitre to the next level bringing a new creativity and inspiration to our offer while we continue the growth the business has been on for the past 15 months, the opportunities are endless.

**What we look for in a Supervisor**:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
