Nursery Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced **Housekeeper/ Kitchen Personnel **to join our lovely Nursery based in Northwood, London.

HOURS: 30 hours per week -11am-5:30pm - Monday to Friday, all year round/term time only

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Food hygiene and safeguarding training is desirable but not essential
- Team player
- Committed & reliable
- Good communication & listening skills

**Requirements**:

- The ability maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children
- An ability to carry out light physical housekeeping tasks, eg transporting children’s lunch equipment, loading the dishwasher etc.
- Able to communicate effectively with adults and children
- Good organisational skills
- A willingness to learn and abide by the nursery policies and procedures
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to demonstrate reliability and initiative
- A professional attitude and manner
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- Flexibility to cope with the changing needs of the nursery.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A willingness to adhere to the nursery code of conduct.

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
