We are looking for a general site operative who has a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry to assist our team with the following tasks:
Foundation excavations - some hand digging and assisting the machine operator,

Bricklayer's assistant
- batching mortar, setting up spots and assisting with setting out,

Basic brickwork alterations, formation of new openings and installing steelwork,

Assisting carpenter to cut and form simple roof structures,

Loading out bricks, blocks, timber for the various trades,

Filling skips,

Keeping site clean and tidy

Must be physically fit and be able to get to site by 7.30 am

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
