Are you a strong Finance Business Partner familiar and comfortable in complex and challenging environments? Can you successfully influence non-finance staff at the most senior levels? Are you looking for a role in a progressive environment?

My client is an evolving Housing provider in Hampshire that is currently engaged in a challenge phase of change. As the Finance team continues to improve its ‘value add’ offering to the wider business, they are now recruiting an interim Lead Finance BusinessPartner on a 12 month fixed term contract with key responsibilities including:

- Be the go to person for financial support from senior leaders, Directors, and their teams in a hugely complex business area
- Quickly develop knowledge of the business area in order to comprehensively understand the challenges the unit faces
- Support senior level non-finance staff with queries around budgeting, planning, financial analysis and interpretation of raw data, variance analysis, and commentaries
- Take a holistic view and approach to the business area, maintaining an awareness of external pressures, in order to provide a rounded Business Partnering service.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high-level Finance Business Partnering skillset and a strong history of supporting senior leaders to have a huge scope of influence on a multi-million pound business area. The organisation is takingactive steps to grow and develop its systems for the long term.

The role would be done on a hybrid basis with just one visit to the office in Berkshire on a normal week, and as a fixed term contract, offers an excellent benefits package.

- Be a fully qualified accountant with a substantial history of Finance Business Partnering at a high level with senior stakeholders
- Be experienced in a complex organisation with challenging budget areas
- Have excellent relationship building and communication abilities.
