**Key responsibilities**
- sweeping, mopping and managing the rubbish removal.
- supporting the kitchen team by keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
- using the dishwasher and also manual washing up.
- supporting the team at lunch to keep the counters tidy and the didning rooms clean.
