Job Introduction
As a bank Receptionist you will work closely with our doctors, nurses, health care assistants and administration team to support the day-to-day smooth operation of our primary care service and be first point of contact to our services.

You will provide reception, appointments line and administration duties for.

You will be open, adaptable, and eager to learn and with strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to service users at every stage of their healthcare journey.

Main Responsibilities
Your days will be varied providing reception cover, answering, and appointing service users via our single point access telephone system and general administration duties for **Summerfield Primary Care Centre**.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel.

Package Description
As an Receptionist, you’ll be working as part of the NHS system in Birmingham where we deliver services across **Summerfield Primary Care Centre**.

As well as the attractive hourly rates of pay, you’ll benefit from:

- Self-booking and access to all bank shifts Staff are given access to all Bank shifts within their Business Unit and can self-book providing they meet the shift requirements.
