The Role: This dynamic role requires a passionate and self-motivated individual. As Sales Provisioning Support, you will coordinate and implement processes, support specific projects, and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing revenue schedules, financial administration, creating sales documentation, maintaining license records, preparing reports, and contributing to sales team meetings. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage recurring revenue schedules
- Handle financial administration for recurring revenue and new business, including quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Support the sales process by creating relevant documentation such as Statements of Work and Sales Proposals
- Maintain license records and prepare internal reports and pricing for the sales team
- Ensure efficient handling of customer and partner requests
- Update and maintain price lists and pricing tools as required
- Contribute effectively to sales team meetings
- Utilize and maintain the CRM system to manage sales opportunities
- Provide support on RFPs/RFIs/tender opportunities

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Solid understanding of financial and sales administrative processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Quick learner with a passion for growth and career development
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve targets
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Strong team player who actively contributes to the Sales Provisioning team
- Energetic, determined, positive, goal-focused, and consistent
- Reliable and able to build trust while demonstrating integrity
- Familiarity with IT concepts
- Previous experience in reporting
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Practical experience with CRM database software
