**Job Overview**
The Health & Safety Administrator role involves providing administrational support for the maintenance of key records required for the safety, health, environment and quality assurance side of the business.
They will coordinate work systems to ensure that the services of the company meet the highest quality standards.
The Health & Safety Administrator will support in the maintenance of the depot and vehicle SHEQ management programmes and systems.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure company adherence to all new and existing SHEQ-related legislation, rules and company standards,
- Conduct regular depot inspections.
- Assist with internal and external SHEQ audits alongside the SHEQ Manager.
Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the company management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated where necessary.
- Provide administrational support for the SHEQ department.
- Assist and support the SHEQ Manager to attain and retain all relevant SHEQ certifications.
Monitor and support the vehicle fleet compliance to ensure safe, legal fleet operations.
- Assist with Accident, Incident and Near-Miss Investigations.
- Attend meetings as and when required to assist with note-taking, minute-capturing and tracking of actions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Qualification in Health and Safety field would be beneficial, not essential.
- Strong MS office and computer literacy skills.
- Good organisational skills
**Working Hours**
Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
