Global FMCG organisation is seeking to secure a Vendor Manager & Compliance Manager to lead all aspects of Supplier Management covering - contract management, contracts design, contract reviews, budgets, operational forecasting, service reviews, SLA definition,onboarding & offboarding of suppliers.

- Ownership of Supplier Contract Management, Contracts Design & Contract Reviews, Contract End
- Dates & Renewals etc.
- SIAM - Service Integration and Management.
- ITIL - Operate within an ITIL framework.
- Manage Supplier Operational Forecast.
- Budget Management - Manage the Suppliers budget - up to £8Million annually - clear visibly of costs, tracking costs, owning the POs & commercials etc.
- Contract Management of 4 Tiers of Suppliers - from Tier 1 - Enterprise Level Suppliers, to smaller niche suppliers - up to x20 Suppliers providing services across UK & Europe.
- Review & monitor Service Levels & Service Quality at an Account Layer.
- Manage Customers & Users’ satisfaction surveys & feedback.
- Engage on Small AIS (Acceptance into Service) Transitions.
- Ensuring suppliers are operating in a controlled structure with processes designed & agreed.
- Works with Service Management to perform service reviews with all suppliers.
- Maintains the contract structure & contract documentation/folder - facilitator for contractual information (e.g., penalties, rewards, agreed baskets with provider & services in scope).
- Performs periodical review of Service Levels - triggers penalties & rewards agreed in contracts.
- Performs surveys campaigns - leading users’ feedback in conjunction with the Service Quality Assurance team.
- Takes the lead on & supports with any small AIS working with the Service Owners.
- Compliance - Drives improvements within SOX & Audit compliance across all layers of service.
- Adheres to SOX Compliance - responsible for Service Ops SOC & Audit compliance tasks and actions.
**Skills - Experience Required**:
- Vendor Management, Supplier Management & Compliance Management experience.
- Background in Supplier Management or Service Level Management.
- ITIL Knowledge (ideally Foundation certified).
- SIAM - Service Integration and Management - (certification desirable).
- Supplier/Vendor Contract Management - contracts design, contract reviews, budgets, owning POs, Service Reviews & SLA definition etc.
- Managing a Supplier Operational Forecast.
- Supplier/Vendor Budget - Manging a Supplier/Vendor budget - current budget runs between £6 to £8 Million annually.
- Onboarding & offboarding of suppliers.
- Contracts & engagements (RFP).
- Improving Supplier Management processes.
- Account Management for Service/Supplier coverage.
- Knowledge & hands-on skills across all core ITSM processes.
- IT Service Governance models - creation & maintenance.
- Matrix Management - Management of Senior Stakeholder levels.
- Excellent Communication Skills - ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to present confidently.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Driven, focused with a proactive approach.
**Desirable**:
- FMCG sector experience.
- Operating in a Regulated environment i.e., SOX.
- High-level technical understanding across IT Services.
- Service Transition & Service Adoption skills.
- ServiceNow platform.
