**Medical Sales Representative - Specializing in Advanced Healthcare Treatments**

Our in-house diagnostic services include MRI, genetic testing, sequencing, and ultrasound, supported by an accredited lab offering same-day testing, including full bloodwork.
As a Medical Sales Representative at Jorja Healthcare Group, you will be a vital part of our customer service sales team, focusing on promoting and selling advanced healthcare treatments. Joining a dynamic team in a small call centre, you will handle inbound patient inquiries related to medical treatments, medical cannabis, minor procedures, MRI, surgery, and health checks. Comprehensive training will be provided to empower you for success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell advanced healthcare treatments in response to patient inquiries, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Convert patient inquiries into bookings, managing consent, booking confirmation, and invoices effectively.
- Execute daily task lists promptly to meet set timeframes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals.
- Skilfully handle incoming telephone calls, documenting and directing them effectively.
- Manage allocated administrative tasks as per the schedule.
- Maintain accurate patient records in both digital and manual filing systems.
- Prioritize data protection and patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide crucial support to the clinical teams.
- Adapt and respond to changing responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate safely in compliance with legislative requirements and clinic policies.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- At least 1 year of previous telephone sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- A "can do" attitude and enjoyment of working in a lively and busy sales office.
- A commitment to putting clients' healthcare needs first.
- Team players and excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing.

**Qualifications**:
Good standard of education, including English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
NVQ in customer or patient service is desirable.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in providing effective customer or patient experiences.
- Experience in working in a high-pressure environment.
- Tactful handling of sensitive healthcare-related queries and questions.
- Involvement in service improvements.
- Administrative duties.
- Working with people with diverse healthcare needs.
- Acting on your initiative to deliver a high-quality healthcare experience.
Experience in the private healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
