We are looking for a number of Forklift Warehouse Operative **(counterbalance) **to join our client due to huge growth and exciting new contracts secured.

Location: Heathrow Airport - Cargo Terminal

**Shift pattern: Late shifts starting 16:00 or 20:00 (all 8.5 hours shifts)**

**Pay rate - £13,50 per hour for nights for the first 12 weeks of service.**
- **After 12 weeks of service, the pay rate will be £14 per hour and overtime £17 per hour **_

Duties and Responsibilities of a Forklift Warehouse Operative:
Loading and unloading vehicles carrying a variety of cargo using a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, as well as performing some manual handling.
- You will be expected to use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
- Process paperwork in accordance with our clients' requirements.
- Handling special cargo products
- Building and breaking pallets
- Manual handling
- Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed.

Skills required to be a Forklift Warehouse Operative:
**Forklift Licence (counterbalance) is essential.**
- Previous warehouse experience is essential

We will need to be able to complete Pre-employment checks. This will include a 5-year checkable employment / education history, DBS check (criminal record check)

**Salary**: £13.50-£17.00 per hour
