**Purpose of the job**:
The SF Onboarding Systems Consultant will project manage the end-to-end implementation of the SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module. The post holder would be responsible for requirements gathering & gap analysis, business process re-design, facilitating stakeholder and third-party SI partner workshops, creating functional specifications and documenting requirements and configuration decisions.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module functionalities by offering creative solutions to develop the best fit SF Onboarding 2.0 design for kp.

Lead conversations with key HR stakeholders (Region HR Managers) to understand as-is onboarding processes within their regions, capturing and evaluating existing processes, and translating them into business process and system requirements and deliverables for the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

Work with our IT Team to understand our as-is integration, the impact of the introduction of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 into our Systems landscape and document requirements for our to-be integration between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and our IT systems.

Draft a high level strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions for kp’s SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 deployment based on the understanding of the needs of stakeholders from across HR and IT to ensure that the product is fit for purpose.

Work in Conjunction with the Third-Party SI Partner as kp’s Project Manager on this SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation project to execute the project for delivery on budget, quality, and time.

Work on assigned improvement mini projects related to other modules of SuccessFactors.

**Management responsibility**:
No direct / indirect subordinates

Project CAPEX budget responsibility

**Strategic impact**:
Supporting the kp HRIS digital enablement strategy through improved on/cross/off boarding efficiency, better new hire and employee experience aimed at overall improved employee retention and enabling risk mitigation around legally mandated processes.

Functional knowledge and technical skills within own and other areas:
Strong understanding of HR business processes.

Expertise with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and People Stories desirable.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; strong organizational skills.

Strong business analysis and project management skills.

Expertise with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project and SharePoint.

Knowledge of JIRA project management tool.

**Educational requirements/qualifications and experience**:
At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Project implementation experience. (two or more would be a plus)

At least one end-to-end Project implementation experience with other SuccessFactors modules e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting and/or People Analytics. (two or more would be a plus)

Experience working within HR with an in-depth understanding of HR business processes is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree desirable.

Experience working with third party SuccessFactors SI Implementation partners.

Experience working with various levels of the organization including leadership, peers, and junior team members.

Experience with delivery of HR transformation projects or programmes and successful contribution within a team environment.

Experience supporting business decisions with business cases and analysis.

Experience developing PowerPoint presentations to present business cases.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Certification highly desirable. Other SAP SuccessFactors module certifications also desirable.

**Key competencies**:
Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to effectively facilitate conversations with different types of stakeholders (internal or external) at all levels (employees to executives).

Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel (Occasional travels may be required).
