They are a market leading specialist in creative displays which they have installed in some well-known businesses all across the UK. They take pride in their service levels and work hard to encourage long-lasting, strong relationships with our customers.

Our client is looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their fast-growing team.

You will be selling Service contracts, Maintenance agreements to national multi-site commercial and retail companies across the UK, by calling and contacting so to set up appointments for Field Salespeople to visit and secure sales and orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our product and services.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Tele Sales/ Inside Sales/ Appointment setter.
- Call B2B (Business to Business) and commercial contacts.
- Set up visits, and appointments for business development managers.
- Use the telephone. To contact and coordinate visits for other salespeople.
- Gain Commission from sales completed by the salespeople that you have arranged visits and appointments for.

**Hours of Work**:Monday - Friday - 09:30am
- 15:00pm (25hours).

**Salary**:£12-£14 p/h depending on experience / Hybrid working available
