A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Senior Associate** to join our Clinical Negligence Department. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of catastrophic injury matters.

**The role**:

- As a ‘Senior Associate’ you will be responsible for:

- The management of a catastrophic injury caseload.
- The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.
- Attending at Court both in person and electronically.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:
It is preferred that applicants are AvMA panel members.
