*About the role
*

As a Hygiene Operative you will ensure that all areas of the factory and its facilities are operating to the highest standards of hygiene; whilst working in a manner that satisfies Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation. You will have an active role in the factory, supporting the operational team in the day to day hygiene activities.

**Duties**:
*
Undertaking cleaning tasks detailed in the hygiene schedules
- Amenities cleaning
- Undertaking deep cleaning of plant machinery
- Daily maintenance of replenishing stock in the staff facility and factory
- Preparing laundry garments for collection and placing clean garments in personnel lockers

Skills and Experience: *

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however full training is provided
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Hardworking and reliable

Hourly salary: £9.66 per hour raising to £10.63 after training
- 48 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Overtime up to 12 hours per week: time and a half
- Overtime after 12 hours per week: double time
- £1,000 retention bonus (£500 after 3 months £500 after 6 months)
- Pension: NESTEmployee contributions 3% / Employer contribution 5%
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
