Allstaff Recruitment** are currently seeking an **Asset Engineering Manager** based in **Gillingham** for a multinational world-leading company.
As an Asset Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the effective management and maintenance of our assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance,and safety, to develop and implement asset management strategies and drive continuous improvement.

**Salary**: £43,000 per annum + 10% bonus
**Location: **Gillingham
**Type of Contract**: Permanent, Full-time.
**Hours**: 37.5 hours working week, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

As the **Asset Engineering Manager** your role will involve the following important duties:

- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that operational safety standards and equipment maintenance are met at an operational level to improve productivity and budget development, helping to save costs.
- Provide innovative and effective solutions to help reduce the cost of maintenance on the site's equipment, whilst increasing the overall effectiveness of the equipment.
- Act as a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking.
- Conduct inventory management.
- Oversee the delivery of parts and solutions to maintenance/engineering teams to improve productivity and a timely turnaround.
- Produce monthly financial reports.

As a successful **Asset Engineering Manager,** you will have the following:

- 5+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in an automation, manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley or Rockwell Automation equipment is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies/projects
- Experience working within Production, Engineering and Maintenance sectors with a focus on increasing productivity and reducing costs.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards
- Target-driven and comfortable working to KPIs.
