We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our team. As a Junior Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Customs Team. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and updating Spreadsheets
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
