**Role outline**

You will support in the day-to-day running of the café. The emphasis is on ensuring that efficient, professional and friendly customer service is delivered at all times. Upselling, attention to detail, ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved.

You will very much have a hands-on role and will be required to perform all the normal front of house tasks, including making barista style coffees, smoothies, serving customers and checking stock. You will also have certain back of house tasks alongside the manager and kitchen team.

**Salary**: Dependent on experience and working hours. Performance bonus will also be available.

Hours: 40 hours/week Part time available

**Skills needed**:

- Computer literate
- Smart casual appearance - uniform will be provided
- High standards of personal hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent listening & verbal communication skills
- Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
