**Operations Graduate Opportunity**

Are you a recent graduate ready to dive into the world of operations? Join us as an Operations Graduate and be a key player in optimising our organisational processes. Working closely with various departments, you will gain first-hand experience in a dynamic environment, fostering your growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Learn and Contribute**: Engage in daily activities across departments, absorbing company operations knowledge.
- **Problem Solving and Optimisation**: Collaborate on operational challenges, develop creative solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- **Data Analysis**: Contribute to key performance indicator (KPI) development through operational data analysis.

**Accountabilities**:

- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek process enhancement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality assurance processes and contribute to quality control measures.
- **Programme Management**: Collaborate with project teams for effective execution of operational projects.
- **Process Documentation**: Maintain clear, accessible process documentation.

**Skills**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Interpret engineering drawings, familiarity with operational software, and understanding of quality assurance processes.
- **Project Management**: Basic understanding of project management principles.
- **Data Analysis**: Proficient in collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data.
- **Process Documentation**: Experience in creating process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- **PC Literate**: Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.

**Aptitude and Disposition**:

- Positive and 'can-do' attitude.
- High performer under pressure, working to strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
