Home-Start Causeway is a charity committed to promoting the welfare of families in the Causeway, Coast and Glens Council.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working directly with families out in the community (Causeway Coast and Glens) and with their referrers. You will be assessing and regularly reviewing families with complex needs. Recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers is another vital part of this job. The job includes both organisational and logístical tasks, alongside working directly with other professionals and organisations. Monitoring and administration will be primarily computer based in the office. You will be trained to use a CRM monitoring programme called CharityLog. Other tasks involve being both the Safeguarding Lead and First Aid trained.
Responsibilities include:
- Home-visiting support programme
- Volunteer recruitment, training and support
- Working to the standards and methods of all Home-Start policies and practices
**Requirements**:
QCF level 5 in childcare _**with **_experience working with families with complex needs

- **or**_
A minimum of six years’ experience working with families with complex needs
Interviews will be week beginning March 24th.
Start date is for mid May but can be flexible.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: NJC Scale 5 From SCP 12 - £26,421.00 per year pro rata (which equals £21,422.40 per year)
