**About the Specifications Technologist job**
- Support the generation and maintenance of specifications ensuring they are accurate to the finished product.
- Ensure all new and existing specifications are in line with relevant policy, legislation, and customer guidelines.
- Overview of the raw material, factory, QAS and finished product specifications to ensure all information is accurate and correct.
- Ensure all customer product specifications and labels comply with legal, food safety, and quality requirements.

**About You**
- Solid technical experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Experience writing and maintaining product specifications is essential.
- Familiar with specifications software, either business own or customer portal systems.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

The Specifications Technologist job is based in Greater Manchester and is paying up to £30,000 according to your experience.

This position is a rolling contract, with a minimum duration of 3 months.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am - 4.30 pm and Friday 7.30 am - 3 pm.
