An industry leading Manufacturing company based in Warwick are looking for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join them on a permanent basis. A varied position, you will be responsible for handling technical queries and processing orders.

**Duties of this Customer Service Administrator role include;**
- Query handling, delivering excellent customer service
- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Assist with queries relating to orders, prices and parts
- Ensure orders are processed within agreed SLA's
- General adhoc administration

**Any experience of the following would be beneficial;**
- Excellent customer service within Manufacturing or Engineering
- Using Salesforce to process orders
- Query handling relating to parts or orders
- Sales order processing

Hybrid working available once trained, offering up to 2 days working from home per week. Offering a salary of 24-26,000p/a working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday with some flexibility in hours.
