Our client is a successful ground handling services company based at London Heathrow Airport and operating on behalf of many different airlines. They believe that their outstanding customer service and professionalism makes them one of the leading handlingagents at Heathrow.

As part of their continued development, they are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join their busy and dynamic Ramp and Baggage teams.

**Salary**: c £29,000 (basic plus variable shift pay, driving allowance for licence holders, and potential
attendance bonus) plus Airline concessions following probation period.

**Ramp and Baggage Agent Duties**:

- Transportation of baggage and cargo between terminal buildings and aircraft
- Loading and unloading aircraft within specified turnaround times
- The sortation of baggage, scanning tags for flights, loading containers and trailers
- Delivery/collection of mail and freight from various airside locations.
- _All duties will include the use of large goods vehicles or specialist ground handling equipment. An awareness of health and safety and safe working practices is important, although full training is provided._

**Ramp and Baggage Agent Requirements**:

- 5-year checkable employment/education history
- Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
- Must be prepared and able to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) over a 7-day working week
- Must be aware that the role involves significant manual handling and working outside
